Uttung provides consulting and advisory services for the establishment and optimization of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in Pune, India. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• GCC strategy development and advisory services
• Location selection and real estate advisory
• Talent acquisition and management services
• Legal and compliance support
• Operational setup and ongoing management services
• Information and resources provided through our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the Services (excluding taxes based on our income)
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uttung, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, or suppliers be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services
• Damages relating to any conduct or content of any third party on the Services

The foregoing limitations will apply whether such damages arise out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account or relationship with us, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
